Crucial Conversation
I am reading the booking “Crucial Conversation”. One of the thing that resonated with me is this passage from it.
“What’s behind their success?
High performing companies — When the employees fail to deliver on their promises, colleagues willingly step in to discuss the problem.
Worst companies — Poor performers are first ignored and then transferred.
Good companies — Bosses eventually deal with probems
Best companies — Everyone holds everyone else accuntable — regardless of level or position.”
I think there is something for everyone to learn about in this book.
