I recently read this book.
I think Neeleman has really proved that for any business to succeed you need only one mantra “It’s all about the Customer”. The more and more I read books like this I tend to believe that if a company does not focus on its customer and focuses more on running the business and making profits then it’s hard to hold ground.
Last year I read couple more books on Starbucks & GE which were way different than this one. If you have time definitely read this book about the JetBlue CEO.
